Our adult classes focus on fun movement skills, technique, and fitness in a non-judgemental zone through the joyful exploration of dance.
Class attire for our adult classes is comfortable workout clothes.
**Adult Fitness Classes end October 28th and will resume after the new year.
Adult Class Schedule
Adult classes are based on a month to month membership.
$60.00 a month for unlimited classes.
$15.00 drop in class (Cash, Check, Venmo: Megan-Adams-225)

Originally from Blue Springs, MO Ashlee moved to Platte City in 2015! With 30+ years of dance studio experience and 15 years instructing in the fitness industry Ashlee has finally established her dream job! Starting BExtreme Fitness, LLC she has found that personal training, group fitness, and combining her dance experience with fitness is the complete package! Motivating others to positively challenge themselves while succeeding is the ultimate goal! Ashlee is excited to collaborate with Elements Dance Academy and bring fitness into her love of dance!!!

A total body class to strengthen and stretch while toning and elongating each muscle group. With the core as the foundation this is the class to keep all aspects of your body moving through mobility and structured strength!

Team Extreme Dance Cardio
Adult Class
Not your normal cardio dance class but a class that will combine the two best things- your favorite jam (aka song) and also a fitness environment that lets you just dance it out!!!! An addictive class that makes you want to come back for some more sweat and fun!! Pop, Hip hop, Latin, Jazz, Funk you name it and ALL levels can get it!!
